Have you already submitted the following, fully COMPLETED, to your UTC study abroad portal (Via):
- Course Pre-Approval Form (all courses signed off, by the appropriate UTC department head)
- Academic Advisor Approval Form
- Budget Worksheet
These documents need to be reviewed, and APPROVED (in Via), by the Office of 出国留学 before you can meet with financial aid (to discuss how your UTC aid may apply towards your study abroad).
Once these forms have been approved (by the Office of 出国留学), you can schedule an appointment with financial aid.
Once ALL of the above items have been submitted (and approved by the Office of 出国留学) you can schedule a meeting with Kimberly Whiteside in financial aid.

The Gilman Scholarship
Studying abroad Summer 2024, Fall 2024, AY 2024-2025, or Spring 2025? Receive the Federal Pell Grant? Don't forget to apply for the Gilman Scholarship! Applications open mid-January 2024 and the deadline to apply is Thursday, March 7, 2024 (11:59pm PT).
